Q: Is Windows 7 supported?
A: Yes, the driver is listed above.

Q: I tried plugging the USBLive into a different USB port and it is not working, HELP!
A: Most PC’s are USB port dependent, meaning which ever USB port the device was plugged into when
the drivers were originally installed will be the port to use.

Q: The drivers installed correctly but my camera image is discolored.
A:  Any type of image discoloration is usually a sign that the S-Video cable could be bad.  Check the
pins at both ends of the cable to see if something  may be bent or missing.  There should be four prongs as shown in the below image:

If S-Video is not being used, try power cycling the camera on and off.  If problem still persists and the camera was purchased through GlobalMed and is still under warranty, contact out technical support department at 480.922.0044 option 3 during normal business hours

Q: Is the new Mac OSX supported?
A: Yes, A driver for Mac OSX is available

Q: How does this device connect to my computer?
A: This device connects via a USB 2.0 port on your computer.

Q: Do I have to have an internet connection to use this device?
A: The device can function without an internet connection; however, video conferencing does require a connection.

Q: Does this device have built in audio?
A: This device does not have a microphone, speakers, or audio input, built-in. We recommend having a sound card or alternate means to use audio for video conferencing.

Q: How do I connect audio to my VCR/CamCorder?
A: Normally a VCR or CamCorder will have color coded RCA (composite) connectors. You will need to connect the cable that came with the USBLive! 2.0 to these color coded areas. The remaining end of this cable connects to the Microphone or Line-In on your computer.

Q: How do I install the USBLive! 2.0 driver on Vista?
A: For installation instructions, please click on the "USBLive! 2.0 PDF Format" link below Manual.

Q: I have installed the driver and connected my USBLive! 2.0 and camera, but do not see an image.
A: The USBLive! 2.0 connects to devices (cameras, camcorders, VCR) via a S-video or composite cable. Make sure the proper video stream is selected on the software application you are using.

Q: How do I record audio when I have it connected via the included cable?
