Device Compatibility
The Software Layer
eNcounter® is the platform that connects the ecosystem. It runs in two configurations, each serving a different care context.
- eNcounter® Direct-to-Patient is web-based and runs on any smartphone or computer, giving patients access to virtual care without requiring any GlobalMed delivery system. It is the access point for patient-facing scheduled and on-demand visits.
- eNcounter® Clinical Care is Windows-based and runs on all GlobalMed delivery systems or a customer-furnished Windows PC. It supports integrated diagnostic devices, so clinical readings, images, and notes are captured in a single workflow during the encounter.
- eNcounter® Cloud stores and manages medical images with AES-256 encryption and remote access across platforms. It connects to eNcounter® Clinical Care.
- eMDR® routes clinical data directly into existing EHR systems across all eNcounter® configurations, without custom integration work.
- Canary Speech is an AI-powered vocal biomarker platform that screens for behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, cognitive impairment, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease, by analyzing speech patterns during a clinical encounter. VocalMetrics, its analysis engine, delivers objective, real-time results that support faster clinical decision-making across care settings.

Each device integrates with eNcounter® Clinical Care and is compatible with all GlobalMed delivery systems and most standard Windows computers.
- TotalExam® 3 captures high-resolution images for general examination, dermatology, and otoscopy.
- TotalExam® Lite offers a lightweight, lower-cost option for visual assessments with autofocus and an extended field of view.
- TotalVitals® measures temperature, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, and heart rate in a handheld form factor.
- TotalECG® delivers wireless 12-Lead ECG readings without cables or an outlet.
- ClearProbe® provides point-of-care ultrasound imaging across family medicine, OB/GYN, urology, and internal medicine.
- ClearSteth® captures heart, lung, and bowel sounds with encrypted audio streaming and four frequency filters. It integrates with eNcounter® Clinical Care and is also available as a standalone application.
- MouthWatch® Plus+ provides 1080p intraoral imaging for tele-dentistry.
- Digital Spirometry supports pulmonary function testing across two simultaneous exams on one patient in a single session.
- otoCam™ 300 delivers ear imaging via USB with automatic DICOM formatting for direct EMR integration.
- OXOS MC2 is a portable, wireless X-ray system that delivers diagnostic-quality static and dynamic imaging at the point of care, including clinics, military medical units, and resource-limited field environments. It operates independently from eNcounter® and does not require fixed infrastructure or radiation shielding.

- OneStep® turns a patient's smartphone into a clinical-grade motion lab for Remote Therapeutic Monitoring, with no additional hardware required. It operates independently from GlobalMed's clinical delivery systems.
- iAmbientHealth™ is a passive ambient sensor that monitors heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep, and movement without wearables or patient action. It operates independently from GlobalMed's clinical delivery systems.
- MoodHacker®, LoveEveryDay®, and FamilyHuddle® are web-based wellness applications patients access through a smartphone or browser, independent from the clinical platform.

Field and Austere Environments
The Transportable Exam Station or Transportable Exam Backpack carries eNcounter® Clinical Care and the full diagnostic device suite into the field with Wi-Fi, cellular, and SATCOM connectivity. The Mobile Medical Unit supports the same software and device stack in a deployable, fully sterile clinical space.
Chronic Disease Management and Remote Patient Monitoring
Providers use eNcounter® Clinical Care for clinical encounters with integrated diagnostic devices. Patients use eNcounter® Direct-to-Patient from any smartphone or computer for scheduled and on-demand visits. OneStep® and iAmbientHealth™ extend continuous monitoring between appointments without requiring patients to manage additional hardware.
Behavioral Health and Wellness
eNcounter® Direct-to-Patient supports scheduled and on-demand behavioral health visits from any browser, with no delivery system required on the patient side. MoodHacker®, LoveEveryDay®, and FamilyHuddle® complement clinical care with self-directed wellness tools patients access independently.
