Accessing RHTP Funding for Rural Telehealth Solutions
The Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) distributes $50 billion in federal funding over five fiscal years from 2026 to 2030, with $10 billion available annually through CMS. Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), Rural Health Centers (RHCs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), community health centers, and provider consortiums are named eligible organization types, and all 50 states are receiving and distributing funds now.
