GlobalMed gives back to the Veterans’ Medical Leadership Council to help vets get the support they need as they transition out of the military.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. November 10, 2022 – For the fourth consecutive year, GlobalMed is supporting the Veterans’ Medical Leadership Council (VMLC) as the presenting sponsor of the Hero’s Patriotic Luncheon. This luncheon is held annually to support the VMLC while recognizing local veterans from our country’s major conflicts.

The VMLC’s mission is to ensure quality healthcare for veterans in Maricopa County. The organization encourages initiatives that honor the contributions made to the city, state, and nation by veterans and the men and women serving in the U.S. military forces. They are committed to providing much-needed financial support to veterans in need.

“It is an honor to be involved with the Veterans’ Medical Leadership Council,” commented Joel E. Barthelemy, CEO and Founder of GlobalMed, “their work supporting our nation’s veterans is truly inspiring.”

GlobalMed has already recommitted to being the event’s title sponsor again in 2024. GlobalMed has a history of community giving, including supporting the 944th Fighter Wing Booster Club, Wounded Warrior Project, and Blanket the City, among many more.
